What if one story could change your life – or save it?

Too many men struggle with their mental health. Some stay silent, others open up, sharing their experiences and seeking a better life. Join Philip Briscoe (the man behind the podcast Mid-Life Men) and special guests, for a powerful evening of real-life stories, live interviews, inspiring talks, and live music, designed to spark honest conversations about mental health.

The goal is to make conversations about mental health the norm, encouraging men to open up and challenge the stigmas that come with fear of embarrassment, appearing weak, or not fitting traditional ideas of masculinity.

Don’t wait. Be part of the change.
